Mordaunt Roundy Reihl & Jimerson is looking for motivated attorneys of all experience levels to handle cases across all of our practice areas. We represent clients such as major national retailers, local government entities and public agencies, hospitals, and medical practitioners in complex cases with millions of dollars at stake.
 

Practice Areas Include:

• Public Entity Defense: Defend government entities and public agencies in tort litigation and liability matters. 
• Medical Malpractice Defense: Defend hospitals, physicians and healthcare specialists in a variety of claims. 
• Civil Litigation: Litigate both state and federal cases across various practice areas (trials and appeals).
•  Premises Liability Defense: Represent national retail clients and property owners in injury claims occurring on their property.
•  Personal Injury: Litigate catastrophic injury and fatality cases on behalf of individuals and businesses.

 Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Defense experience is desirable but not required.
• Prior law and motion and deposition experience is preferred but not required.
• Training and mentoring will be provided to qualified candidates.
• Candidates must be currently licensed by the California State Bar.
