Are you a California licensed attorney with at least six years of civil litigation experience? Would you enjoy doing contract work for an Am Law 100 firm on your own schedule (either part-time or full-time)? Do you like working remotely (anywhere in the United States)? Do you have experience with personal injury law, labor & employment law, commercial litigation, premises liability matters, environmental/toxic tort litigation, or mass tort litigation? Have you assisted with or handled written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, or trial preparation in civil litigation cases? Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
