We a law firm established in 1994.

We represent small businesses, contractors, charter schools and individuals in business, education, employment, and real property matters. We have clients throughout California. We believe in and foster a collaborative environment in order to produce good results for our clients and keep a positive work-life balance. We enjoy the company of our fellow associates.

For the past 25-years, we have been located in Concord in the East Bay of San Francisco. We also have a satellite office in Riverside, California.

Company History

The firm was established when its founder and principal attorney, Jon Webster, left the employ of Contra Costa County where he served several years as a police canine officer and deputy district attorney. Jon is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of California, Arizona, Hawaii and the District of Columbia.

We developed a proven track record of fighting for the rights of our clients in arbitrations, the trial and appellate courts.
