Finance Attorney – Hybrid from CT or Boston

We are seeking an attorney to join our finance practice in Connecticut or Boston with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of finance experience in a law firm setting, including significant experience with middle market and real estate financing transactions.  Strong drafting and negotiation skills are required, and candidates must be able to work independently as well as a member of a team on complex deals.   Top academic credentials are required, along with strong interpersonal skills.  To apply, please click here.
